ARCHITECTURE
An architectural work of art, building components Dock A, B and C combine with the Cube to surround the central element of the site – the inner atrium, which houses a spacious lobby, lounge area and bar. The light and airy aesthetic sets WESTGATE apart and brings an air of sophistication. Setting warm bronze tones against grey and combining metallics with textiles and wood gives a modern yet timeless finish, which evokes a sense of both home and abroad.

The WESTGATE Business Centre complies with all the requirements of «Green Building Schweiz» and is both Minergie P and Leed Gold Standard certified. Natural building materials such as wood and stone provide a pleasant and healthy indoor atmosphere.
Intelligent building technology ensures maximum efficiency by optimising the networked heating, cooling, ventilation, sun protection and solar energy systems. Heating and cooling (free cooling) are achieved with the help of groundwater pumps, and optimised heat recovery underpins the sustainable energy cycle. The highly insulated construction prevents energy loss, while high-quality glazing stops the penetration of unwanted heat.

SERVICES
An on-site childcare centre, co-working space and focus zone along with a wide range of restaurants and practical business services make everyday working life easier. Parking spaces are also available for tenants and guests in the underground car park.
CATERING
A spacious self-service restaurant and a private bar complete with outdoor area, reserved for the exclusive use of tenants, guests and conference attendees, can be found on the ground floor of Dock B. A rooftop restaurant open to the public completes the culinary offering.

The new Leonardo Hotel Zurich Airport stands directly opposite WESTGATE, offering 116 stylishly appointed rooms. Ideal for colleagues and guests who wish to stay close by.

The conference centre is situated in the Cube, between the two wings of the building, and comes complete with state-of-the-art seminar rooms, training facilities and conference halls fit for every occasion. The conference wing boasts a 300-seat auditorium as well as a communication zone with rooms for meetings, training courses and workshops. The versatile WESTGATE conference facilities are also open for external use. With excellent travel connections and the Hotel Leonardo so close, the Business Centre is the ideal location for exchanges and encounters.
